As well as adding tags to your blog entries, you can put them in categories. This blog entry will explain the difference between tags and categories.

Tags
You can give a blog any tags you like. They are just words, and you can use any words you want (er, make that "within the rules").
Tags can be as specific or broad as you like.
Users can click on the tags on your blog to view a list of blog entries with that tag.
So if you have several stories running on your blog, you can tag all the blog entries from the same story with the same tag, to make it easier for users to browse specific stories.

Categories
Users can browse categories from the blogs front page.
Putting your blog entry in a category means it'll show up when users browse those categories.
Categories can have subcategories (for example the category Sims has the subcategory Stories).
